Order Cancellation

 

All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to change or cancel it, you must contact us within 2 hours after placing the order, as once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.

Replacement

Jester Laughs LTD will replace all products which are defective or damaged during shipping. please contact us and we will provide a return address.

If you are unsatisfied with your order, please contact us via the contact page on this website and we will do our very best to help you out.

Replacements can only be requested for defective and damaged goods within 30 days from delivery, however proof will be required.

​

Customers will be responsible for shipping costs.

We will not issue a refund if:

• Your order does not arrive due to your providing a wrong shipping address.

• Product appears to have been damaged that isnt the fault of manufacture or from shipping.
