SHIPPING POLICY
SHIPPING WORLDWIDE
We offer worldwide shipping services for both physical and digital goods. However, there are some countries where we are unable to ship to, if this does happen we will of course contact you for refund.
LOST / MISSING PACKAGES
If a incorrect address is placed during the order process and we haven't been notified within 1 hour of your checkout then JESTER LAUGHS LTD is not liable, so please double check your address before completing your order. If we have made an error we will take full responsibility and replace/refund at no cost to yourself.
CUSTOMS:
Whilst we do our best to ensure there will be no additional charges happen whilst shipping we are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have been shipped.
SHIPPING TIME
Shipping varies by location and product, digital items should be completed within 24 hours from checkout, products which require a custom build - such as projecting mapping the timeline will be given after the initial acceptance email within 24 hours of order placement. Physical products are estimated to be from 5 - 17 days, however please allow 30 days depending on current pandemic delays.
TRACKING
Tracking will be issued on orders after order dispatch, on some orders such as digital or free tracking number will not be available.
WILL BY ITEMS BE SENT AT THE SAME TIME?
Depending on our warehouse stock levels/logistical reasons, items may be sent separately. in this event you will be provided separate dispatch notifications.
